MONO ("MONO," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MONO performance intelligence platform, including our web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Information You Provide
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, and profile photo (if provided).
- Work data: Tasks, goals, KPIs, project notes, meeting records, and performance reports you create within the Service.
- Team and organization data: Names of colleagues, team structures, and org chart information you configure.
- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: Messages you send us, including support requests and feedback.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, clicks, searches, and actions taken within the Service.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
- Log data: Server logs including access times, error logs, and referring URLs.

Information from Third Parties
- Google: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
- Notion: If you connect a Notion workspace, we receive the content and metadata necessary to provide the integration feature.
- Calendar integrations: Event titles and dates from connected calendar services.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage your account
- Process transactions and send related billing information
- Generate AI-powered performance summaries and reports from your work data
- Send service-related notifications, such as confirmations, updates, and security alerts
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to improve the Service
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or other illegal activities
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your work data (tasks, reports, goals) to train general AI models or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or business purposes (e.g., billing records, which are retained for 7 years).
You may export your data at any time from your account settings before deletion.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls that limit who on our team can access user data.

Children's Privacy
MONO is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. International Data Transfers
MONO is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your country.
For users in the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal basis for transferring personal data to countries outside the EEA/UK that do not have an adequacy decision.
